Position: Post-Acute Physician & Medical Director

Location: Manchester, CT

Schedule: Full-Time (5 days/week)

Compensation: $280,000–$318,000 estimated base potential (uncapped fee-for-service productivity, medical director monthly stipends)

We are seeking a dedicated physician to provide clinical care and medical directorship across skilled nursing facilities in Manchester, CT. This role offers high autonomy, structured onboarding, and dedicated night call coverage to support a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized medical care to post-acute patients.
• Serve as Medical Director, spearheading quality improvement initiatives and collaborating with facility leadership.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families on care management and treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut medical license and DEA registration.
• Background in post-acute, acute, emergency, or clinic settings preferred (open to all qualified candidates).
• Strong clinical decision-making and interpersonal communication skills.
