·        Direct Daily Rounding: Manage routine and acute bedside evaluations for short-term rehab and long-term residents seeing 15-20 patients a day.

·        Dynamic Care Mapping: Design customized recovery blueprints that prioritize patient dignity and comfort.

·        Care Coordination: Act as the primary clinical bridge between facility nurses, therapists, and attending physicians.

·        Family Advocacy: Guide relatives through complex medical updates with clear, empathetic education.
